A Little About Ron
Hello, my name is Ron Lambrecht; I am a licensed professional Real Estate Agent for Tres Amigos Realty Group in the Papagayo region (Northwest) of Costa Rica.
I was raised and spent most of my life in the Rocky Mountains of Western Canada, enjoying the outdoors, sports, family and friends. I worked in a sales and management capacity most of my life, building relationships with customers and developing big brands. I enjoyed the fast-pace of the global package goods companies (Pepsi cola and Labatt Breweries of Canada). These companies provided me and my family with a fantastic lifestyle and great experiences. They taught me the invaluable art of sales and allowed me to grow and gain expertise in the field and build a great network of colleagues, friends and wonderful customers.
After 50+ years in Canada, (which I really enjoyed, watching the continuous change of seasons), I found the winters to be too long. We would often holiday in Hawaii or Mexico, finding ourselves not wanting to come home. Then one day we choose to Holiday somewhere different, Costa Rica was our choice, and from there we never looked back. We fell in Love with the landscape, people, ocean, beaches, culture, food and climate. We went back home to Canada, sold everything and moved to Costa Rica 1 year later.
What is Costa Rica Like?
Costa Rica has many different climates throughout the country. Whether you are looking for warm weather near the beaches or a little cooler weather up in the mountains you are sure to find what you are looking for. We traveled and visited the majority of the country, enjoying everywhere we went. After many discussions, we finally settled in Playas Del Coco in the Guanacaste Province.
We choose Playas Del Coco for many reasons – proximity to an International Airport (Liberia International Airport), Healthcare - Costa Rica has great health care, there are fantastic Doctors, Dentists and Natural Health Practitioners here. There is both Public and Private Health Care in Costa Rica. Weather – the weather is amazing year around with only 2 seasons (Dry and Green Season) daily highs of +32C (90F) and evening lows of +24C (75F). We are a 1 ½ hour drive to 3 different volcanoes with an abundance of things to do (Zip-lining, River Tubing, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Hot Springs, Waterfalls, and a beautiful countryside). We live in a beach town so there is also a lot to do on the water; World-Class Deep-Sea Fishing, Sail boats, Catamarans, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Surfing, Swimming, Sea Dooing, Paddle Boards, Kayaks and much more.

COSTA RICA is now our home, and we Love it. We have since bought our own place, received our Costa Rican Residency Status, set up a corporation, started our business called Paradise Found Costa Rica, acquired a Costa Rican Real Estate License and have settled into the community of Playas Del Coco since 2017. We have always had a passion for Real Estate; every time we travelled, we always wanted to look at properties. We have bought many properties over the years and even built a custom home, which was difficult to leave. With our passion for Real Estate, we would continuously check out the local market wanting to someday turn our passion into a business. A Little About Robin
Hello, my name is Robin, and I grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Since a young age I’ve had an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales. From selling vehicles for Holiday Chev Olds to owning and operating several businesses throughout the years. I have been involved in renovations, Custom Design, building of a Master Home, and sales of various properties in Canada. I’ve worked as the administrator involved in restructuring and renovating a health care facility in Alberta Canada and understand the process of collaboration needed between all involved.
After spending three weeks visiting Costa Rica for my birthday in 2016, my husband and I fell in love with the people and the weather, sold our acreage in Alberta, and moved to the Guanacaste area. We spent a year traveling throughout the country, obtained residency, and settled in the Papagayo area in the beach town of Playas Del Coco.
Playas Del Coco is a bustling quaint little beach town with so much to offer. It is one of many amazing towns in the Papagayo Gulf of Guanacaste which has an average year-round temperature of 92 degrees. The vibe here is laid back, family oriented with lots of adventures in nature just waiting for you. The saying ‘Pura Vida’ is used commonly in Costa Rica and means ‘Pure Life.’ – something we all strive for.
What sold me is the friendly people, the stable government, high quality health care, food, vicinity to an international airport, the ability to hold title to property and their residency program. But most of all was to enjoy a summer day, every day! Walking on the beach every morning by the ocean enjoying the sun, greeting one another, watching the boats taking people out fishing or sightseeing. Hanging in my hammock under the palm trees. Everyday feels like a vacation. The only word that describes this area is “Paradise.”
